Two of Berlinale’s independent juries award IN THE AISLES

Following yesterday’s world premiere of IN THE AISLES (IN DEN GÄNGEN) helmer Thomas Stuber achieved two independent awards of the Berlinale. The Ecumenical Jury and the Jury of the AG Kino – Gilde e.V. (association of German Art House Cinemas) awarded the sensitive love story staring 2018’s shooting star Franz Rogowski and Sandra Hüller.

“Thomas Stuber succeeds with IN THE AISLES a compelling and skilled movie”, the cinema owners reasons their decision for IN THE AISLES as best movie of the competition. “When life is a supermarket what we need is not found on the shelves but in the aisles”, judges the Ecumenical Jury.
